2005 GRASSO Cabernet Sauvignon - 525 cases handcrafted and bottled un-fined and un-filtered:
The aroma is very complex with layers of black cherry, ripe plum, cedar spice, toffee, creamy vanilla and bay leaf, followed by hints of cigar tobacco, amaretto, olive, black pepper and white chocolate.
The flavors that unfold on the palate are bright cherry and cranberry, caramelized toasty French oak, cloves, cedar spice and mocha.
The wine will age well for at least 12 to 15 years.
